Chinato Lulì Moscato - Vergano (50cl)

A chinato from Vergano, made by infusing Moscato, an aromatic grape of Piedmontese tradition. The production area has a cool climate and calcareous-clay soils, giving the drink a fresh, enveloping structure. Moscato brings intense notes of white flowers, apricot and honey, integrated with aromatic spices typical of chinato such as china and cinnamon. Long maceration of herbs and resting in wooden barrels give balance and complexity, with slightly bitter and balsamic nuances. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with sweetness balanced by Moscato freshness. It suits an aperitif, dry desserts, dark chocolate or blue cheeses.
