Chivas Regal 12 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky from Chivas Brothers, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. This bottling carries a back label reading "In celebration of the perfect blend 2002".
The company traces its roots to 1801 and a grocer's shop at 13 King Street, Aberdeen, which sold food, coffee and spices. The 12 year old was first officially released after US Prohibition.
On the palate it is described as herbs, honey and fruit.
