Chivas Regal 12 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky that combines malt and grain whiskies, including Strathisla single malt and Strathclyde single grain. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle, and can be taken neat, with water or ice, or lengthened with soda as a highball.
The nose brings orchard fruit, honey, heather and herbs, with a creamy texture. On the palate there are vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch alongside the honey, and the finish is rich and lingering.
