Chivas Regal 13 Year Manchester United Special Edition is a blended Scotch whisky launched in October 2019 to mark the partnership between Chivas Regal and Manchester United Football Club. The 13-year age statement refers to the 13 Premier League titles the club won under Sir Alex Ferguson between 1986 and 2013.
Master Blender Sandy Hyslop made it from malt and grain whiskies aged for at least 13 years, then finished them in American rye whisky casks, a first for Chivas Regal. The finish adds rye spice, dried fruit and gentle sweetness to the vanilla of the house style. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
