Chivas Regal 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch from Chivas Brothers, made from malt and grain whiskies that have each matured for at least 15 years. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
Maturation took place in a mix of American and European oak casks, including cognac casks that give the whisky its cognac finish.
On the nose there are apple, pear, honey and a touch of spice. The palate is soft and velvety, with caramel, toffee and gentle spice, leading to a long, elegant finish.
