Chivas Regal 18 Year Old (1L, 40%)

Chivas Regal 18 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a one-litre bottle at 40% ABV. Each of the more than twenty malt and grain whiskies in the blend has matured for at least 18 years. Master Blender Colin Scott created it in 1997, anchored on Strathisla, the Speyside distillery founded in 1786 and bought by Chivas Brothers in 1950. It is triple blended: malts are vatted with malts, grains with grains, and the two are then married together in oak casks. The nose offers rich dried fruits, buttery toffee and dark chocolate. The palate is velvety, with elegant floral notes and a wisp of sweet, mellow smokiness, leading to a long, warm finish.
