Chivas Regal Royal Salute 21 Year Old Miami Polo Edition (70cl, 40%)

Royal Salute 21 Year Old is a blended whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was created for Queen Elizabeth II and first released on 2 June 1953, the day of her coronation. The name refers to the 21 gun salute fired that day, and every whisky in the blend matured for at least 21 years. This Miami Polo Edition is a limited release themed around the city's polo clubs, with a design dominated by Miami Pink. The nose is of pear, honeydew melon, sherry and spice. The palate is very fruity, with sherry, cinnamon, ginger and biscuit dough. The finish is very long, with fine spice.
