Chivas Regal Ultis Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Ultis is the first blended malt from Chivas Regal, made entirely from malt whiskies with no grain whisky. Master Blender Sandy Hyslop created it in tribute to the five generations of Chivas master blenders before him, choosing five Speyside single malts, each representing one of their distilleries: Strathisla, Longmorn, Tormore, Allt-a'Bhainne and Braeval. The whiskies were matured in European and American oak casks, and each cask was hand-selected and nosed. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 75cl bottle, individually numbered. The nose is rich, with ripe peach, soft red apples, cinnamon, fudge and honey. The palate is smooth and full bodied, with vanilla, clementine and apricot.
