Choya Junmai Shu (75cl)

Choya Junmai Shu is a traditional Japanese sake in a 75cl bottle, made in the Junmai style from rice, water and koji with no added alcohol. It can be served chilled or lightly warmed, and also works in Japanese-style cocktails. The nose gives cooked rice and cereal with delicate floral and fruity touches of apple and pear. The palate is soft, balanced and velvety, with a pleasant savoury umami note, and it finishes clean and harmonious.
