Choya Umeshu Extra Years Verde (70cl)

A Japanese umeshu from Choya, produced in the Wakayama region. Carefully selected ume plums give a liqueur combining sweetness, freshness and a distinctive character. Prolonged ageing over several years adds depth and aromatic complexity to this bright green, clear liqueur. The nose shows delicate notes of mature fruit, citrus hints and light floral nuances, with a velvety softness on the palate. Fresh acidity balances the sweetness, giving equilibrium and lightness.
