Cinerator is a cinnamon-flavoured American whiskey from Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky, first released in 2013. It is bottled at 45.55% in a 75cl bottle.
The base is American whiskey infused with hot cinnamon flavouring. Its strength means more of the whiskey character comes through alongside the spice.
The nose is intense sweet cinnamon, with a sour cinnamon note and faint honey and vanilla. The palate opens with sweet cinnamon like Red Hots sweets, then a spicy burn, with liquorice, honey and vanilla cream. The finish is long and fiery, with a mild honey sweetness.
