Cinzano Prosecco (75cl, 11%)

Cinzano Prosecco is a sparkling white wine made from Italian Glera grapes. It is light-bodied and fruit-forward, bottled at 11% in a 75cl bottle. The nose brings apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it is crisp and fresh, with orchard fruit giving an easy brightness and a fine sparkle keeping it lively rather than heavy. The finish is clean, with the orchard-fruit character still in focus. It suits serving well chilled.
