Cîroc Vodka (70cl, 40%)

Cîroc is a French vodka from Gaillac, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Unlike most vodka, which is made from grain, it is made only from Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes. The grapes are picked very late in the year, when temperatures approach freezing, which gives them a fresh, citrus character. The production uses cold maceration, cold fermentation and cold storage, and the vodka is distilled five times.
