An Italian gin distilled in small batches, bottled at 40% vol in a 500 ml bottle.
It is crystal clear. On the nose, juniper leads, blended with aromatic herbs and a light citrus touch. On the palate it is soft, with coriander, cardamom and other botanicals integrating into a full, long-lasting aromatic persistence.
Pepper and citrus accents emerge gradually. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for cocktails.
