Clarabella Franciacorta Brut DOCG

A sparkling wine from Clarabella, produced in the Franciacorta region of Lombardy by the classic method of bottle fermentation. It is composed mainly of Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir. The wine is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. After 24 months on the lees, the nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, citrus, toasted bread and yeast. On the palate it is well balanced, with lively acidity and a creamy structure, and a long, clean finish with fruit and mineral notes. It works as an aperitif or with seafood, light first courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
