Clase Azul Ahumado Blanco is a smoky blanco tequila made in Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
The agave is slow-cooked and given a subtle smoking process, which adds a light smokiness to the fresh, vibrant style of a blanco tequila. The aim is depth and complexity without losing the character of the agave.
Agave sweetness sits alongside light smoke, citrus and herbal notes. It suits sipping neat and works in cocktails too.
