Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is an artisanal mezcal made in Durango, Mexico, from 100% agave Duranguensis. It is bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits, crushed with a tahona stone wheel, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper stills. The method is traditional and hand-crafted, and it is meant to show the terroir of Durango.
