Clase Azul San Luis Potosí is a mezcal made in the high desert region of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl decanter. It is produced from 100% Cenizo agave (Agave durangensis).
The agave is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens before distillation. The decanter is handmade and hand-painted in a design inspired by the desert landscape and traditional Huichol art.
The mezcal balances herbal freshness, light smoke and a mineral character.
