Classic of Islay Special Selection Cask #21 is a single cask Islay single malt selected by Jack Wiebers and released under the Secret Islay name. It matured in a Spanish Tempranillo red wine cask and was bottled on 15 December 2025 at cask strength, 56.2%, in a 70cl bottle.
It is non-chill-filtered and free from added colour. Ripe fruit, spicy cask notes and a strong structure are how it is described.
