A three-year-old aged rhum from Clement, with a clean, well-defined aromatic profile. The nose brings delicate vanilla, field honey and ripe fruit, supported by a light touch of wood.
The palate is warm and enveloping, with medium body, good softness and a barely perceptible tannic texture. It can be enjoyed neat, with ice, or as a base for classic cocktails.
