Cleopatra - Amarone Oro - Poli (70cl)

A grappa made by distilling very fresh grape pomace from grapes vinified to produce Amarone. It is distilled in an innovative bain-marie vacuum still, then matured briefly in French oak barrels, which give it structure, nobility and regality. In the glass it shows a beautiful amber yellow colour. The nose brings dried fruit, sweet spicy aromas and fresh toasted wood, with hints of vanilla and cocoa. The taste is decidedly soft but intense, broad and particularly structured.
