Clonakilty – Double Oak Irish Whiskey

Clonakilty Double Oak is an Irish whiskey from a small distillery set in a quiet landscape. The distillery grows its own barley and has pure spring water available, and the mist, rain and salty sea air all shape the land where the barley grows. Its oak casks mature in a warehouse on a steep cliff above the Atlantic. In that setting the new make spirit becomes a challenging, individual Irish whiskey with a maritime character.
