Galley Head is a blended Irish whiskey from Clonakilty Distillery on the West Cork coast, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It takes its name from the lighthouse on the nearby headland.
The whiskey is triple-distilled in the Irish style, giving a balanced, mellow blend that can be taken neat, over ice or in cocktails.
On the palate it shows soft vanilla, light malt and gentle spice, and the finish is smooth.
