Clonakilty – Port Cask Irish Whiskey

Clonakilty Port Cask is an Irish whiskey matured in a port cask, from a small distillery in a quiet setting. Barley is grown on site and pure spring water is close at hand, while mist, rain and salty sea air all belong to the surroundings. The warehouse where the whiskey rests in oak casks stands on a steep cliff overlooking the Atlantic. There the new make spirit develops into a challenging, individual Irish whiskey with a maritime character.
