Clonakilty Port Cask is a blended Irish whiskey made from single pot still and grain whiskey, produced at the Clonakilty distillery in West Cork. The barley is grown on the Scully family farm in Cork.
The whiskey is triple-distilled in copper pot stills and matured in ex-Bourbon casks together with Ruby and Tawny Port casks from the Douro Valley.
It is bottled at 43.6% and is non-chill-filtered.
