Clonakilty Single Malt is an Irish single malt from the Clonakilty Distillery, which sits on the Atlantic coast of West Cork. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskey is triple-distilled and matured in a combination of casks, with the sea air of the coast influencing its maturation.
On the palate it is honeyed and malty, with orchard fruit, a touch of spice and a gentle maritime note. The finish is smooth and lingering.
