Clonakilty Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey from the Clonakilty distillery, which stands on the waterfront in the heart of Clonakilty town on Ireland's south-west coast. The distillery was founded by the Scully family, who have farmed this windswept coastal land for nine generations. Fertile land, clean water and salty sea air make up the setting for a maritime distillery, and three gleaming copper stills do the work in the town itself.
