Clonakilty Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the first whiskey to be distilled and matured entirely by Clonakilty Distillery, and it comes in a 75cl bottle.
It was matured in ex-Bourbon casks alongside Amontillado sherry and Oloroso sherry casks, in the distillery's Atlantic Ocean Warehouse.
On the palate, vanilla, caramelised pear and apple give way to gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.
