Clontarf is an Irish whiskey made from a blend of single malt and grain whiskey. It takes its name from the Battle of Clontarf in 1014, when the High King Brian Boru drove Viking invaders out of Ireland.
The whiskey is triple distilled and then matured for at least four years in charred oak bourbon casks. It is made to be drunk neat or used in a range of cocktails.
