Redbreast 18-Year-Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey, matured under Master Blender David McCabe. It is the newest age statement in the Redbreast range.
The whiskey was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and casks seasoned with oloroso sherry. Cream sherry was introduced to the mix, along with a hint of ruby port.
