Clyde May's Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for four to five years in new 53 gallon oak barrels and is non-chill filtered. Its colour is a rich crimson.
The nose is soft and sweet, with brown sugar, baked apricot, wild strawberry and nutmeg. On the palate it is soft, with barrel spice, fruit and oiled leather, and it finishes long. It can be drunk over ice or in a Manhattan.
