Clydebuilt 12 Year Old Sherry 100 Proof (70cl, 57.1%)

Clydebuilt 12 Year Old Sherry is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 100 proof (57.1%). It is a higher-strength version of the original 12 year old Sherry Cask expression. The 100 proof mark comes from the traditional British system, historically the point at which a spirit could still ignite gunpowder. The whisky was matured in Sherry butts, then in PX and Oloroso hogsheads, which intensifies its dark fruit, spice and oak character. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
