This is a ten-year-old Clynelish from the Highlands, bottled by Adelphi as Batch #2 of its Highland Regional series. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled in 2026 at 46%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
Lemon wax, green apple, honey and a hint of sea air show on the nose. The palate brings pear, vanilla, pepper and a mineral freshness, all over a waxy mouthfeel.
