This is an 11-year-old Clynelish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48%. It comes from Ever Curious, a collection from the team behind Fruitful Spirits that celebrates younger whiskies with distinct flavour profiles.
The whisky was drawn from refill hogsheads. It is sunny, rich and round, with honey and pear set within the distillery's waxy texture.
The nose offers lemon, orange and vanilla. The palate brings honey, pear and apple, and the finish is citrus, malt and sea salt.
