Clynelish 1983 16 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. Ltd. Part of The Cooper's Choice series, it was distilled in 1983 and bottled in 2000 as a limited edition for the Italian market, at 43% ABV.
Lemon, green apple and apricot meet ginger, nutmeg and gentle oak on the nose. The creamy palate brings honeyed malt, ripe pear and walnut, followed by a medium to long finish of vanilla, cinnamon and soft fruit sweetness.
