Clynelish – 26 Years Old Prima and Ultima 1996 (70cl)

Clynelish 26 Years Old Prima and Ultima is a single malt Scotch whisky from casks filled in 1996, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in two experimental European oak butts seasoned with Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso, described as the first and last of their kind. The casks add a rich sweetness and darkness and a more powerful taste to the crisp character of Clynelish. In the glass it is deep amber with copper lights, with excellent beading and good legs.
