- Pauillac barrique finish
A Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Coalition Whiskey, made from 100% rye and finished in Pauillac barrels.
The finish gives a dark amber colour. The nose is complex, with blackberry, plum and cherry, hints of coffee and spice, mainly black pepper.
On the palate it has generous volume, with smoked nuts and a well-integrated wood finish.
