Cock of the Walk Wheated Bourbon is made with a high proportion of wheat, which gives a softer, sweeter profile than bourbons built on rye. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The nose has honey, toasted caramel and fresh bread, with vanilla, cinnamon and roasted pecans. On the palate come toffee, butterscotch and warm baking spices, balanced by oak, dark chocolate and dried fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of spice.
