A white wine from Tenuta Ulisse, made from the Cococciola grape and classified IGT.
It shows a pale straw colour, with delicate floral notes, ripe citrus and a touch of fresh herbs on the nose. On the palate it balances freshness and body, with a soft texture and sapidity that supports the finish. Serve chilled in tulip glasses that are not too wide, with fish, shellfish, light soups, summer vegetables, starters and fresh cheeses.
