A limited-edition cognac from the Cognac region of France, aged for 14 years in selected oak barrels. It shows notable complexity and aromatic depth.
The nose offers candied fruit, vanilla and subtle spice such as nutmeg and cinnamon, with leather, tobacco and toasted caramel. On the palate it is extraordinarily soft and enveloping, with a balanced structure and a pleasant persistence of fruity and spicy aromas, lightly lifted by acidity. The finish is long and pleasantly warm. It is suited to after-dinner drinking and as a gift for connoisseurs and collectors.
