A cognac from Courvoisier, produced in the Cognac region of France. It is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between four and ten years in French oak barriques. The nose offers vanilla, ripe fruit, almond and cocoa, with spice and toasted wood. The palate is velvety and smooth, with fruit sweetness and sweet spice joined by caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of tobacco. The finish is long and persistent, warm and aromatic. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for refined cocktails.
