A cognac distilled in 1995 and aged in the heart of the Grande Champagne region, whose chalk-rich terroir gives complexity and longevity.
It has a bright amber colour with golden reflections. The nose offers ripe fruit, vanilla, noble wood, sweet spices and refined toast. On the palate it is velvety and balanced, with a soft attack, dried fruit, caramel, chocolate, floral notes and a slightly peppery undertone.
The finish is long and persistent, with hazelnut and leather. It is suited to after-dinner meditation or with a fine cigar.
