A cognac from Frapin, produced in the Grande Champagne region.
It is presented in a 70cl bottle and has an intense golden colour with amber reflections. The nose brings dried fruit such as prune and apricot, tobacco, cedar wood, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it is velvety and rich, with a long, persistent finish carrying chocolate and leather notes.
Best enjoyed neat at room temperature, after a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
