Cognac Hine Domaines Bonneuil 2012 is a limited edition from a single estate in the Grande Champagne region of France, distilled in 2012 and presented in a gift box. It reflects the purity of that year's single harvest, with Hine's careful selection of grapes and distillation within Grande Champagne. It has a bright amber colour with golden reflections. On the nose it offers vanilla, toasted oak, candied fruit and a light trace of white flowers. On the palate it is balanced and complex, with mature fruit, dark chocolate and spice, leading to a long, satisfying finish. It is suited to slow sipping as a digestif.
