A VSOP cognac from Otard, blended from eaux-de-vie matured for more than four years in old cellars near the Charente river.
It has a sparkling amber colour with golden highlights. The nose brings ripe peach and apricot, vanilla, sweet spices, white flowers and a light trace of chocolate. On the palate it is elegant and soft, with fruity sweetness balanced by oak roundness and cinnamon and nutmeg, finishing warm and persistent with hazelnut and caramel.
It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
