An XO cognac from Tesseron, blended from eaux-de-vie mainly from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Aged in oak casks, it offers dried fruit, vanilla, honey and delicate spice on the nose. Rounded and persistent on the palate, with warm, velvety notes. Best enjoyed neat as a meditation spirit, or with nut or dark chocolate desserts.
