A cognac from the Grande Champagne area, made by Maison Gautier mainly from Ugni Blanc. It is a young cognac with a minimum ageing of two years in French oak barrels. It has a bright golden colour, with white fruit and delicate floral aromas, plus a light vanilla note. On the palate it is soft and round, with a warm, persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in classic cocktails.
