Cohobé Libération is a French single malt made from French barley and matured in fine-grained French oak casks. The name refers to the aim of letting the aromas of the grain and the oak come through together. The nose shows dried fruit, caramel and vanilla. The palate is soft, with fruity and woody notes followed by honey and spice. The finish is powerful and lasting, with woody and slightly smoky shades.
