Collective Caol Ila 7 Years is an Islay single malt from Series 4, a limited expression, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled after seven years of maturation in oak casks.
The nose is smoky with Islay peat, with briny accents and a light note of lemon and orange peel. The palate is vigorous but balanced, with dark chocolate, lingering smoke and fine traces of vanilla and caramel.
