Colonel E.H. Taylor Cured Oak is a limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon from the range named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr.
It was aged in oak barrels made with staves cured for 13 months, more than twice as long as typical barrel staves. The barrels rested in Warehouse C, which Colonel Taylor built in 1881.
The bourbon shows layers of depth, with vanilla, toffee and figs followed by subtle undertones of dry oak.
